A Few Things About Me
I am the mom of 1 amazing daughter plus our dog and cat. They bring so much joy to my husband, Jonathan, and I (and let's be real, some frustration at times 😉... but I wouldn't have it any other way).
I love to travel and visit new places. I am often dreaming of places to go see... I have quite the list.
Being in the woods (or on the water) is my happy place. My family loves the outdoors. You will often find us hiking, camping, or out on the water. I love to paddle board!
I was born and raised in Southwestern Pennsylvania. I am someone who is usually cold, but I am not ready to give up the 4 seasons. Autumn is my favorite!
My love for dermatology began when I was in high school and getting treatment for my acne. Through college, my mom would always tell me to keep an open mind about other specialties. Pediatrics was my second favorite, but it never came close to derm.
After contracting Lyme Disease and having many downstream effects, my eyes were opened to alternatives to conventional medicine. I did a 180 with many things I was taught to be true and the only acceptable option. I am much more open-minded than I was in my early career.
Fun Fact: In 2018, I got to meet and be on stage with Vanilla Ice while on the Ship-Hop Cruise. He was my childhood crush and that whole cruise experience was AMAZING!
Since my teenage years, my skin has always given me some sort of difficulty that either caused irritation, inflammation, or simply depleted my self-confidence. Before working alongside Dayna, I attended two other dermatologist offices, and had no luck with the issues my skin faced.
My experience with her has been nothing but positive and successful-- she is kind, compassionate, and understanding. I can say I am happier than ever in my skin and cannot believe the transformation. Dayna will always be my go-to for any issues with my skin.
